1. Prices

All prices stated in our online shop are final prices and include the statutory value added tax (currently 19%). Additional delivery and shipping costs are shown separately and can be found in the following overview.

Deliveries to Switzerland, UK and countries outside the EU are VAT-exempt. The purchase price will be reduced by the German VAT (19%). Additional customs duties, taxes and charges of the destination country may apply and are borne by the buyer.

Shipping is handled by DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch.

5. Returns
