How Does the Hold Work?

The silicone band on the inside of the broad top band grips gently on the skin and keeps the stocking securely in place. For optimal hold, the thigh should be free of body lotion or oil. On very hot days, a garter belt can be used as additional security.

Occasions for Hold-Ups

Hold-up stockings are excellent for wearing with dresses or skirts and offer a more airy feel on warm days than tights. The decorative lace top is a pretty eye-catcher when it occasionally peeks out. Subtle styles with a narrow band look understated and professional.
