Our size calculator helps you find the perfect hosiery size quickly and easily. It's available directly on every product page – simply click the "Size Chart" button next to the size selection. On this page, we explain how to measure your body correctly and which size charts our manufacturers use.

How to Use the Size Calculator

Open the product page – Navigate to the product you're interested in.
Click "Size Chart" – Next to the size selection, you'll find the button with the ruler icon. A window with input fields will open.
Enter your measurements – Depending on the manufacturer, you'll be asked for your height, weight and/or hip circumference.
Calculate – Click "Calculate size". The calculator will determine your recommended size and may show an alternative.
Apply size – Click "Apply size" to automatically select the recommended size in the product options.

How to Measure Correctly

For the best results, it's important to take your measurements correctly. Ideally measure in your underwear using a flexible tape measure.

Height

Stand barefoot and upright against a wall. Measure the distance from the floor to the top of your head.

Body Weight

Weigh yourself in the morning before breakfast for the most accurate reading. Many size charts use weight in combination with height to determine your size.

Hip Circumference

Place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping it level. Make sure the tape is snug but not tight. This is particularly important for tights and pantyhose.

Glamory specialises in plus-size hosiery (M to 4XL, equivalent to EUR 40–62). Additionally, there is the SuperSize line for sizes 5XL–10XL.

General Sizing Tips

Between two sizes? When in doubt, choose the larger size. Slightly looser hosiery is more comfortable than too tight.
Opaque vs. sheer tights: Opaque models (40 DEN and above) may fit slightly tighter. If you're between sizes, go for the larger option.
Support tights: For support and compression hosiery, the exact size is particularly important. Measure carefully and use the size calculator on the product page.
Hold-ups: Size depends on leg length (height) and thigh circumference. The silicone band must fit well to keep them in place.
Knee-highs & socks: Shoe size is the guide here. Common sizes: 35–38, 39–42, 43–46.
