Ordering at strumpfwelten.de is simple, secure and fast. On this page, we explain step by step how to find your desired products, add them to your shopping cart and complete your order.
1. Choose Your Products
Browse our range and find the perfect stockings, tights and accessories:
- Browse categories – Use the main navigation to filter by product categories such as sheer tights, opaque tights, hold-ups or knee-highs.
- Search function – Enter a search term in the search bar to look for specific brands, product names or article numbers.
- Product details – Click on a product to see all details including material composition, denier, available colours and sizes.
- Use the size calculator – Not sure about your size? On every product page you will find our size calculator, which recommends the right size based on your body measurements.
2. Shopping Cart
Once you have found the right product, add it to your cart:
- Select size and colour – Choose the desired size and colour from the dropdown menus on the product page.
- Add to cart – Click the "Add to cart" button. The product will be added to your shopping cart.
- Continue shopping or checkout – You can add more products or go directly to checkout.
In the shopping cart, you can always:
- Change quantities – Adjust the quantity using the input field.
- Remove items – Click the delete icon next to the item.
- Redeem a coupon code – Enter your coupon code in the designated field and click "Redeem". The discount will be applied to your total immediately.
Express Checkout: Alternatively, you can order directly from the shopping cart using PayPal or Amazon Pay. Click the corresponding button below the shopping cart. 4. Shipping & Address

5. Choose Payment Method
Select your preferred payment method. We offer six secure payment options:

| SEPA Direct Debit | The invoice amount is debited directly from your bank account. You grant us a one-time direct debit mandate. |
| Purchase on Invoice | Order first, pay later. You receive the goods and then have 14 days to transfer the amount. |
| Bank Transfer (Prepayment) | Payment by bank transfer before dispatch. You will receive the bank details in the order confirmation. Your order is shipped once payment is received. |
6. Review & Place Your Order
Before you submit your order, you will see a summary:
- Review your order – Check all items, quantities, prices, your delivery and billing address, and the selected payment method.
- Terms and cancellation policy – Confirm that you have read our General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy.
- Place order – Click the "Place binding order" button to complete your order.
After submitting, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email with your order number and all details.
7. After Your Order
After completing your order, the following happens:
- Order confirmation – You will immediately receive an email with your order number and a summary of all ordered items.
- Shipping confirmation – Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with the DHL tracking number.
- Parcel tracking – Use the tracking number to follow the current status of your delivery on the DHL website at any time.

- Free shipping from €49.99 – Within Germany, shipping is free for orders of €49.99 or more. Below that, shipping costs €4.90.
